BILLERICA, MA--(Marketwire - December 8, 2010) - Trillium Software®, a business of Harte-Hanks, Inc. (
As Mazda migrates its Siebel CRM application to the latest version, the company will utilize the Trillium Software System to fulfill the necessary consolidation and cleansing of data in real time, while continually assuring that its mission-critical customer data is of the highest possible quality.
"Relevant and correct data delivers a sustainable information base and much value for Mazda. Based on this high level goal for our data quality, we are able to better control our customer relationship management activity and achieve optimal results. This helps us meet our customers' specific and unique demands, boost customer loyalty and increase our success in the European market," said Carole Pierrot, team leader, Central CRM Services at Mazda Europe. "We chose Trillium Software, with its leading data quality suite, because the company proved to us that they are the most reliable and well-versed partner for data quality management."
Mazda Europe had initially developed an application designed to streamline the capture and sharing of customer data across the enterprise in Europe. Accordingly, the data will flow into the Siebel CRM system. At the current project stage, data is already under review by the Trillium Software System and is being cleansed and corrected as required if necessary before entering the CRM solution.
In the near future, the Trillium Software System will be seamlessly integrated to operationalize data quality processes. In light of this future integration, Mazda will continue to capture and cleanse data in advance, in real time, in order to fulfill the needs and goals of its proactive data management effort and policies. Mazda's strict requirements for data governance are also being met by the application, and the company understands the benefits of ensuring its data quality is at a high level, accurate and up-to-date for the long run.
Pierrot further stated that "the requirements for customer relationship management and data quality are complex and specific for the pan-European market. Trillium Software has convinced us that its mature, fully-developed international data management solution will meet our needs and strict requirements."
"Organizations that work with accurate data and a sustainable data governance strategy are able to achieve better outcomes and results in spite of a highly competitive market," said Eric Ecker, managing director at Harte-Hanks Trillium Software, Germany. "As a result, the management of customer relations can be designed much more efficiently. We're pleased that our company can support Mazda Europe's CRM initiative and provide critical information quality value with our software solutions and consulting services."
