Reference is made to prior notices regarding the exercise of Warrants in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") in the period 1 September-6 November 2010. Following receipt of payments, the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be delivered in the VPS as soon as practical.
Thinfilm's registered share capital is now NOK 30,648,904.66 divided into 278,626,406 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11. There are no more Warrants outstanding.
