Genovis Has Signed Distribution Agreement with ADVANSYS Technologies for
Life Ltd.

Genovis, a producer of new technologies used for Imaging and Antibody
Engineering, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with
ADVANSYS Technologies for Life Ltd. to exclusive distribute its products
on the Israeli market.

Genovis provides novel technical solutions for Imaging and Antibody
Engineering. The objectives are to maintain a strong, collaborative and
innovative product portfolio for customers in the pharmaceutical
industry and in the academic research community.
