The Management Board of "Citadele Asset Management" IPAS hereby informs that on 9 December 2010, a decision was accepted on the amendments in investment funds prospectus managed by "Citadele Asset Management" IPAS.
The amendments of the investment funds under the Company management prospectus were made in connection with the previous changes in the composition of Company's Management Board and Council, as a result to the prospectus there was added the updated information about the Company's Management Board and Council.
The amendments become effective starting with their approval / acceptance by the Management Board, i.e. as of 9 December 2010.
