On December 20, 2010, Mr Michael W. Schwetje, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005932735, WKN: 593273,
have fallen below the 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 16,
2010 and on that day amounted to 16.77% (this corresponds to 293560  Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 16.77%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 293560  Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Schwetje  via Schwetje Holding GmbH and  Schwetje Invest
GmbH.
