AS Trigon Property Development hereby informs that it has received a notification from KJK Capital OY stating change in voting rights in substantial shareholding.
KJK Fund Sicav-SIF has sold 13 532 AS Trigon Property Development. Previous holding was 455 000 shares which represented 10,11% of the company´s shares and voting rights. After disposal the Fund has 441 468 AS Trigon Property Development shares constituting 9,81% of total votes represented by shares.
