The Long Center for the Performing Arts Partners With Paciolan to Power Ticketing, Marketing and Fundraising

IRVINE, CA and AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - January 5, 2011) - Paciolan, a leading provider of ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions in performing arts, today announced a five-year partnership with The Long Center for the Performing Arts in Austin, Texas. The Long Center will be implementing Paciolan's eVenue online ticketing solution to manage and sell tickets, subscriptions, designer series and offer online donations. The system will also allow the Long Center to integrate ticketing, marketing and fundraising, which will help streamline operations.

"We're excited to be implementing Paciolan's powerful ticketing and patron management system," said Tony Jilek, director of ticketing operations at The Long Center for the Performing Arts. "The integration of ticketing, marketing and fundraising will provide us with greater flexibility and help us to manage our arts center more efficiently. We're also able to deliver a better overall experience to our patrons, which is very important to us."

Opened in 2008, The Long Center for the Performing Arts provides a state-of-the-art venue for a broad array of regional performing arts groups, Texas musicians, and a permanent home to the Austin Symphony Orchestra, Austin Lyric Opera and Ballet Austin.

Working with the Paciolan ticketing, marketing and fundraising system will help the Long Center to grow its business by allowing it to offer ticketing services to the many performing arts companies that utilize the Long Center's facilities. The Long Center also plans to leverage the powerful Paciolan infrastructure to offer "white label" ticketing solutions to other local venues and organizations to grow their regional business.

"By providing Paciolan's robust ticketing solution to our partners, we'll be able to work closely with them and develop a more collaborative relationship," continued Jilek.

"We're thrilled to be partnering with the Long Center for the Performing Arts," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "Our industry-leading ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions are a great asset to performing arts venues and allow owners and managers to focus on creating an exceptional entertainment experience for their patrons."
