NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 7, 2011) - A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against Power Balance, LLC. The action is brought on behalf of all people who purchased Power Balance products between January 1, 2007 and the present.

The complaint alleges that Power Balance made false and misleading statements about its wristbands which Power Balance claims helps promote balance, flexibility, strength and overall wellness. According to the complaint, Power Balance recently stated that there was no credible scientific evidence that supports its claims and that it engaged in misleading conduct.
