Securitas signs new five year loan agreement

Securitas AB has signed a new five year loan agreement (Multi-Currency
Revolving Credit Facility).The new facility matures in 2016 and is for
MUSD 550 and MEUR 420. It will be used to partially repay the MUSD 1,100
Revolving Credit Facility which matures in 2012, and for general
corporate purposes.

Co-ordinating Mandated Lead Arrangers are Citi and SEB.
