SimCorp A/S - SimCorp's Financial calendar 2011

SimCorp A/S' financial calendar for 2011 has been updated with the deadline for shareholders' submission of resolutions to be considered by the Annual General Meeting, with a view to reflecting section 90, subsection 3 of the Danish Companies Act. The previously announced dates for the Annual General Meeting, payout of dividend and release of financial reports in 2011 remain unchanged.
