On October 13, 2010, Arbitration was set for a case Tytan International Inc had against Bogden Inc. for Internet defamation. Tytan had canceled a Dealer Agreement with Tractorco for Dealer misrepresentation which, according Tytan International, resulted in Tractorco seeking numerous avenues to defame Tytan on the Internet. After one year of nonstop negative and slanderous representations, Tytan International Inc sought the aid of the courts in order to preserve truthful information in the Market place.

On December 28, 2010, Judge Robert H. Peterson of JAMS ruled a favorable decision in favor of Mark Leonard and Tytan International Inc on all counts against Mr. Bogden and Bogden Inc.
