Brand Formue A/S announced that it would initiate a fixed-term share buyback programme scheduled to end on 31 January 2011.The share buyback programme is subject to a number of restrictions, including a limit on own share purchases of DKK 5 million.The share buyback programme is described in detail on the company’s website (www.formue.almbrand.dk).
The company has now fully utilised the specified limit of DKK 5 million, and the programme is thus completed.
