ACTON, MA--(Marketwire - January 19, 2011) - Carbon Design Systems™ announced today that it closed calendar year 2010 with year-over-year growth of 35% and generated significant positive cash flow as it continues to build momentum in the virtual platform market. It experienced growth in all geographies worldwide and added substantial contributions from its new Carbon IP Exchange online offering.

Carbon also added solutions for software developers with the industry's best integration of ARM Fast Models to complement its substantial portfolio of ARM cycle-accurate models.
