The investment management company “Citadele Asset Management” hereby informs that, the Council has accepted changes in the executive board of the Company. Starting January, 1, 2011, the Company’s board members Edgars Makarovs and Igors Petrovs have left their positions, but Raimonds Vesers has been elected as a new Board member.
From 1997 to 2007 R. Vesers has performed as a Chairman of the Executive board of ASIPS “Hansa Fondi”. Untill December, 2010 R. Vesers has worked as a Chairman of the Board at AAS ”Citadele Life” and after his reassignment he became the Deputy Chairman of the Board. Until December 2010, R.Vesers was also the Deputy Chairman of the Board at AS ”Citadele Atklātais Pensiju fonds”.
Considering the changes in the Executive Board of the Company, the Board will continue to act with 3 (three) members – Chairman (V. Ivanovs) and members (Z.Vaikulis and R.Vesers). Accordingly, changes were made to the Companystatutes, reducing the number of the board members and determining that the board of the Company consists of three members.
