Under the terms of the agreement, SOURCECORP will leverage its extensive document management experience to deliver comprehensive services including mailroom operations; electronic ingestion; document conversion services and scanning; and data capture and indexing. Health Net Federal Services will also benefit from SOURCECORP's FASTRIEVE Transactional Content Management platform, which accelerates process automation. FASTRIEVE manages complex, information-intensive, enterprise-level client workflows by layering active business processes on top of the critical content that drives their business.
SOURCECORP will be adhering to DIACAP security standards, which is mandatory for all TRICARE Prime Contractors. DIACAP is the Department of Defense's Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process that ensures stringent risk management is applied to information systems.
