VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 25, 2011) - Matrix Funds Management (a division of GrowthWorks Capital Ltd.) ("Matrix") today announced that on January 21, 2011, it completed the rollover of the Mavrix Explore 2009-II FT Limited Partnership ("LP") and the rollover of the Mavrix Quebec 2009 Flow Through LP ("LP") into the Matrix Explorer Fund - Corporate Class.

As at the rollover date, the net asset value of the Mavrix Explore 2009-II FT Limited Partnership was $14.15414 per unit. Each investor in the Mavrix Explore 2009-II FT Limited Partnership will receive 0.838019 shares of the Matrix Explorer Fund - Corporate Class for each LP unit held on a tax-deferred basis.

As at the rollover date, the net asset value of the Mavrix Quebec 2009 Flow Through LP was $10.47271 per unit. Each investor in the Mavrix Quebec 2009 Flow Through LP will receive 0.620054 shares of the Matrix Explorer Fund - Corporate Class for each LP unit held on a tax-deferred basis.

The Matrix Explorer Fund - Corporate Class (the "Fund") is a class of redeemable shares of the Matrix Corporate Class Funds Ltd., a multi class mutual fund corporation.
