FinancialForce.com Expands Management Team to Support Growth

Response to Growing Demand and Expanding Product Portfolio

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - January 25, 2011) - FinancialForce.com, the global leader in online cloud accounting solutions built natively on the Force.com platform from salesforce.com, today announced that to meet growing market demand it has expanded the management team, making three significant appointments.

Jim Carney has joined the company as financial controller, Tom Brennan as vice president of product marketing, and Todd Bursey as general manager of the new FinancialForce PS Enterprise business. All three will report to Jeremy Roche, president and CEO of FinancialForce.com.

Carney has more than 25 years of experience in finance, most recently serving as vice president of financial operations for Comcast Cable Communications. Prior to Comcast, he held financial executive positions at industry-leading companies AT&T Broadband, Charter Communications, and ARI Network Services, Inc. Carney holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Denver.

Brennan has over 20 years of experience in the financial software space and is a pioneer in the ASP market, serving as a founding board member of the ASP Industry Consortium. Previously, he was vice president of sales and vice president of marketing at CODA, a developer of financial software for multi-national companies. Brennan went on to become vice president of sales and marketing at The Taylor Group, where he helped develop the firm into an award-winning Microsoft Business Solution partner and Application Service Provider, known as ManagedOps.com. He most recently served as president of Proactis, Inc., where he successfully launched the company's North American operations. Brennan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Mount St Mary's University and an M.B.A. in marketing and international business from American University.

Bursey joined the company as part of FinancialForce.com's recent acquisition of the PS Enterprise solution from Appirio, Inc. and will lead the company in the area of Professional Services Automation (PSA). Bursey spent two years at Appirio in sales and implementation roles before heading up the PS Enterprise business for the past two years. His career began at Accenture before he moved into consulting and eventually became director of business operations at Borland. Bursey holds a B.S in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona.
