We hereby announce that an election has been held among the employees of the RTX Telecom Group in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the employees’ election of Board members.
As newly elected member, Project Manager M.Sc.E.E. Rune Strøm Jensen will join the Supervisory Board of RTX Telecom directly following the company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 January 2011. Rune Strøm Jensen is replacing Finance Controller Else Baldvinsson Larsen who has been employee representative on the Supervisory Board since 1 May 2007.
The employees represented in the Supervisory Board of RTX Telecom are hereby Acoustics Coordinator M.Sc.E.E. Jørgen Dalby-Jakobsenand Project Manager M.Sc.E.E. Rune Strøm Jensen.
