SUPPLEMENTING NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING UNDER CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Honkarakenne Oyj has received information to the effect that the ownership of Lieksaare Oy (Business ID 1932766-0) has changed. Teijo Pankko has bought the total shares of Lieksaare. The share of total number of Honkarakenne shares owned by Lieksaare is 3.1 % and share of voting rights is 4.7 %.

Lieksaare Oy has earlier been regarded under the control of Saarelainen Oy and the individual shareholders under the shareholder agreement. After the change of ownership the number of shares under the control of Saarelainen Oy and the individual shareholders under the shareholder agreement is 255.235 series A shares and 1.099.888 series B shares, the share of total number of shares is 26.2 % and share of voting rights is 57.1 %.

This is a supplementing notification to the normal notification procedure. The notification limit has not been broken, but this is a significant change in the number of shares under the shareholder agreement and therefore Honkarakenne decided to inform the market.
