„Citadele Asset Management” IPAS hereby informs that as of January 26, 2011 the Board of the company has approved amendments in the prospectuses of the funds, amanaged by the company.
Amendments in the documents of the following funds were made due to the changed composition of the Board:”Citadele Caspian Sea Equity Fund”, ”Citadele Russian Equity Fund”, ”Citadele Ukrainian Equity Fund”, ”Citadele Strategic Allocation Funds”, „Citadele Eastern European Fixed Income Funds”, „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II”.
Whereas amendments in the documents of the following funds were implemented due to the fact that the number of Investment Commitee members, as well as the composition of the committee has been changed: ”Citadele Caspian Sea Equity Fund”, ”Citadele Russian Equity Fund”,”Citadele Ukrainian Equity Fund”, ”Citadele Strategic Allocation Funds”, „Citadele Eastern European Fixed Income Funds”
Amendments to the prospectuses of the abovementioned funds managed by “Citadele Asset Management” take effect on the date of their approval by the Board, which is January 26, 2011.
