McNamara will also serve as an instructor for a tutorial on Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE). The Ethernet Technology Summit focuses on the use of Ethernet throughout the networking space, including the emergence of 10 Gigabit Ethernet as a key LAN technology on the desktop and in data centers. NetApp recently became an affiliate of the Stanford Experimental Data Center Laboratory (SEDCL).
