Group GDG Environment Carries Out With the Consolidation of its Common Shares


TROIS-RIVIÈRES, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 7, 2011) - Group GDG Environment Ltd ("GDG" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:GDG), announces having obtained, as of February 2, 2011, the certificate of amendment attesting of the consolidation of the total issued and outstanding common shares of its share-capital, the effective date of this consolidation being February 2, 2011. Moreover, GDG's shares were delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of markets on February 1st, 2011.

The GDG reminds its shareholders that they shall send the share certificates in their possession as well as the letter of transmittal delivered with the Company Circular to the Company or the transfer agent or communicate with a representative of the Company in order to obtain the letter of transmittal permitting the exchange of the share certificates or to obtain the payment of shares.
