CHANGE OF DIRECTOR'S DETAILS
G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that its
chairman, Alf Duch-Pedersen, will cease to be a director and chairman of the
board of Danske Bank A/S after that company's Annual General Meeting on 29 March
2011; Mr Duch-Pedersen having decided not to offer himself for re-election to
the board of directors of Danske Bank.
Mr Duch-Pedersen will remain a non-executive director and chairman of the board
of G4S plc.
