Opcon's partner in Australia wins first customer order

Enerji Ltd. (ERJ:ASX), the Australian partner of Opcon, the energy and
environmental technology Group, announced today that it had completed
its first power purchasing agreement for sales of electricity based on
Opcon Powerbox technology.

Agreement has been reached with Horizon Power, a State Government-owned
power company in Western Australia, and follows the memorandum of
understanding announced in October 2010. Opcon Powerbox will be
installed at Horizon Power's Carnarvon power station in the Gascoyne
region of Western Australia. Greg Pennefeather, Managing Director of
Enerji, describes the agreement as the most significant milestone in the
company's history so far.

“With customers such as Horizon Power and secure finances, we now view
Enerji's prospects in Australia with increased optimism. Opcon Powerbox
provides improved energy efficiency with both environmental and economic
benefits. This applies especially in places such as Western Australia,
with its mines and isolated towns, and where power supplies are
currently based on local, fossil fuel-based electricity production at
high cost,” says Rolf Hasselström, President and CEO of Opcon.
