As previously announced SimCorp’s annual report for 2010 will be released Monday, 28 February 2011 in connection with the Board of Directors’ meeting that day. The report will be forwarded to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S immediately after the meeting which is expected to finish after 5:00 p.m.
SimCorp’s Executive Management Board will present the annual report at an investor meeting Tuesday, 1 March 2011 at 9:00 a.m. (CET) at the company’s headquarters, Weidekampsgade 16, 2300 Copenhagen S. The meeting will be open to the public. An electronic meeting facility has been set up through the following webcast, where it will be possible to ask questions online via e-mail: (http://storm.zoomvisionmamato.com/player/simcorp/objects/h3vnrd5k).
