Organisational changes at Arise Windpower AB
To further streamline its activities in the development of new wind
farms and the production and sale of electricity, the company has made a
number of changes to its organisation. The key changes are:
· A senior management function has been established consisting of the
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief
Marketing Officer (CMO) and Director of Investor Relations &
Acquisitions.
· Lars Fröding has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
· Gary Ericsson has been appointed new Chief Marketing Officer.
The senior management team will focus on strategic issues, marketing,
follow-up & control and resource planning.
The organisational changes will apply as of 23 February 2011.
