Customer Contest Features a Grand Prize of 10 Days in Romantic Italy, Birthplace of Trend Glass and Trend Mosaics


MIRAMAR, FL--(Marketwire - February 23, 2011) - Granite Transformations, a division of Trend USA with facilities and showrooms around the world, celebrates a decade of business success in North America with the announcement of the 10 Years/10 Days in Italy contest, which will provide one Granite Transformations customer the trip of a lifetime. The winner of the contest will have 10 spectacular days in Venice, Italy, including a tour of the Orsoni Factory, where the art of glass mosaic is taught. 

In the 10 years since landing in North America, Granite Transformations has been chosen as the remodeling provider for consumer's homes, office spaces, as well as restaurants, boats and recreational vehicles. As a way to honor customers for choosing Granite Transformations for their renovation needs, the 10 Years/10 Days in Italy contest will be given to a customer who has used Granite Transformations for a project in their current home or to a new customer going through the installation process prior to the completion of the contest.

Showcase Your Kitchen or Bath
To enter the 10 Years/10 Days in Italy contest, Granite Transformations customers must create a short video or write an essay showcasing why they love their Granite Transformations kitchen or bath renovation. Video submissions should showcase the renovation and be no longer than five minutes in length. Written submissions must be 500 words or fewer. To enter, Granite Transformations' customers 18 years and older must submit an entry form at http://www.granitetransformations.com/italy-contest/ along with a link to their video on www.YouTube.com or their attached essay. The contest begins at 12 a.m. EST on Feb. 22, 2011 and will conclude at 11:59 p.m. EST on Sep. 16, 2011, allowing consumers the opportunity to install a new kitchen and bath renovation and participate in the contest. The winner, who will be announced on or around Sept. 26, 2011, will receive a 10-day stay for two in Venice, Italy, complete with airfare, hotel accommodations and car rental.
