(the "Company") (NASDAQ: OXLC) announced today that it has issued 30,000 additional shares of its common stock in connection with the exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with the Company's initial public offering. After taking into account the additional shares that were issued today, a total of 1,855,000 shares of the Company's common stock were sold in its initial public offering at a public offering price of $20.00 per share for total gross proceeds of $37.1 million.
