NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board on its meeting of March 1, 2011, applied surveillance status to AS „Parex Banka”.
The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Surveillance status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules.
AS „Parex Banka” has failed to submit its 12 months financial report of 2010 by March 1, 2011. The purpose of assigning surveillance status is to alert the market participants.
