Management Comments

Mr. Gary C. Evans, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Magnum Hunter Resources commented, "Dan has been working for Eureka Hunter Pipeline for over a year now as a consultant. He has demonstrated to me and our management team his vast knowledge, field experience, and tireless work ethic. I had previously worked with Dan on a number of projects in years past and therefore, I had a good understanding of his capabilities. As a consultant to Eureka Hunter, Dan has been most instrumental in getting Phase One of this mid-stream asset completed and operational under budget and on time. With the aggressive drilling plans Magnum Hunter is implementing in the Appalachian Basin region during fiscal year 2011 of approximately $60 million or 15 gross wells, it was time to bring Dan onboard our organization full-time as a senior officer of Eureka Hunter Pipeline."
