Inphi Files Registration Statement With SEC for Follow-On Offering


SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - March 7, 2011) - Inphi Corporation (NYSE: IPHI) today announced that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of 5,500,000 shares of its common stock. Inphi proposes to sell 100,000 shares in the offering and the selling stockholders propose to sell 5,400,000 shares. Certain selling stockholders also expect to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 of the total shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
