In the Episode host Jitendra Subramanyam sits down with Patrick Howard, Partner and Vice President of IBM Global Business Services to discuss the importance of measuring and managing software quality for their application systems.
In this episode, Jitendra Subramanyam and Patrick Howard discuss quality and measurement of application development for IBM's internal systems worldwide.
