GameTree TV is the premiere on-demand Smart TV gaming platform, offering consumers an unprecedented user experience on their next generation set-top boxes and connected consumer electronic (CE) devices. European consumers will be the first to enjoy an exciting and extensive catalog of video games that can be accessed on-demand through a flexible and seamless transaction system, featuring a variety of pricing models billed directly through their cable provider.

The upcoming formal announcement of the commercial launch of GameTree TV will be a defining moment for TransGaming. Generating revenues immediately upon release, GameTree TV will feature a revenue share-based business model between the MSO, TransGaming, and the content developers. In order to maximize the impact of this major entry to the competitive European market, specific details of the European MSO partner will be disclosed at the time of launch in April.
