In his new position, O'Leary will drive expansion of Innovation Auto BPO Services by strengthening and expanding Innovation Group's shop network, further defining the benefits to the shops in the network, demonstrating the value to the insurers using Innovation Auto, and ultimately increasing Innovation Group's U.S. market share. 

O'Leary comes to the Innovation Group with over 22 years of claims experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance, including over 20 years at Nationwide Insurance, where he was instrumental in the development and leadership of the Blue Ribbon Repair Service, Nationwide's damage repair program (DRP). His experience in leading initiatives to streamline, transform and centralize various claims functions utilizing technology and economies of scale provided high performance with low cost to customers.
