Interactive Intelligence has validated that the IntelePeer SIP Trunking services can be used with the vendor's all-in-one IP communications software suite, Customer Interaction Center™ (CIC), version 3.0.
To earn certification, IntelePeer's SIP Trunking services had to pass rigorous call-flow tests to demonstrate quality performance and dependability for delivering and receiving calls and supporting key CIC 3.0 functionality, which includes t.38 fax delivery and find-me/follow-me features.
