Integrated Freight Launches Freight Brokerage Service

Offers Reefer, Dry Van, and Flatbed Brokerage Services

SARASOTA, FL--(Marketwire - March 15, 2011) - Integrated Freight Corporation (http://www.integrated-freight.com) (OTCBB: IFCR) (OTCQB: IFCR) today announced the launch of Integrated Freight Services, Inc. (IFS), the Company's operating subsidiary dedicated to providing a full suite of freight brokerage services to its base of refrigerated, dry van, and flat bed customers. IFS will connect Integrated Freight's current customers and outside shipping partners to capture additional revenues created by out of network loads and demand overflow during periods of higher than usual volume. IFS is estimated to add approximately $1.5M in revenues to Integrated Freight's top line during its first year of operation, a number which is expected to grow in following years as the Company continues its expansion plans.

Paul Henley, CEO of Integrated Freight Corporation, remarked, "Integrated Freight Services offers its customers and our subsidiary operating companies an opportunity to provide best of class customer service at competitive prices. This is particularly important as the economy continues its recovery and we enter into the busiest portion of our business year."

Roger Kennedy, a thirty year veteran of the truckload industry, has been named General Manager of the Integrated Freight Services operation. The company will offer cargo brokerage services throughout the forty-eight States with an initial emphasis on Midwest to Southeastern and Upper Northeast traffic lanes. Interested brokerage customers can contact Roger Kennedy at IFS directly at (352) 503-6989 or via roger.kennedy (at) integrated-freight.com.
