Responsibilities include ensuring all drivers meet company and Department of Transportation policies and procedures, overseeing safety and claims prevention training, compliance with all government regulations, and the reduction and prevention of claims including the continuous improvement of Saia's new Exception-free Delivery Customer Service Indicator.
A 10-year industry veteran, Staver previously worked as Saia's regional human resource manager for both the company's Atlanta and Charlotte regions. She also had served as one of Saia's safety administrative supervisors and as a regional safety manager.
