The bankruptcy estate of Roll Severin Co AS has today transferred 9,198,684 shares of Polaris Media ASA to the secured party SpareBank 1 SMN at NOK 27 per share, in an amount totalling NOK 248.4 million.
This brings SpareBank 1 SMN's holding in Polaris Media ASA to 11,464,508 shares, corresponding to 23.4 per cent of the company's total stock. Roll Severin Co AS now holds no shares of Polaris Media ASA.
