Harvest Banks & Buildings Income Fund (HBB.UN-T) Announce Special Distributions

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 4, 2011) - Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. ("Harvest"), the manager of Harvest Banks & Buildings Income Fund (TSX:HBB.UN) is pleased to announce today that it intends to pay out a special distribution of $0.03 per trust unit on HBB.UN in addition to the regular $0.07 monthly distribution to unitholders of record on April 29, 2011 (the "Record Date"). The special and monthly distributions are expected to be paid on May 13, 2011.
