Media Advisory: Success in Innovation Forum to Explore Strategies for Developing Healthy Communities


CHATHAM-KENT, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 5, 2011) - On April 7, Chatham-Kent municipal representatives, health service agencies, housing providers and planners will meet at the Success in Innovation forum to exchange ideas and share housing and community design strategies for developing healthy communities.

Mayor Randy Hope will provide opening remarks and guest speakers will showcase innovative housing projects and supportive housing programs in Southwestern Ontario.

This event, organized by Chatham-Kent and Erie St. Clair Community Care Access Centre, carries on the work of identifying development opportunities in the communities involved in the 2009 Community Summit.
