These new members are industry experts who possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in assisting law firms, corporations and the government with technical electronic information and eDiscovery needs. The new team members are Hope Swancy-Haslam, Jean Gavin and Laura Merrell.

Swancy-Haslam has a long track record of successfully working with clients involved in complex litigation matters to help implement best practices for the collection, processing, hosting and production of electronic data. As an active member of Women in eDiscovery, Swancy-Haslam is a frequent speaker at numerous committee engagements.

Jean Gavin, Legal Solutions Advisor, is a dynamic executive with more than fifteen years experience in the eDiscovery field working with both law firms and corporations. Gavin possesses a deep knowledge of the intricacies of the eDiscovery process and is adept at launching new initiatives or evaluating and improving existing ones. She has solid experience in Project Management and has authored a wide array of technical documentation, including a library of eLearning modules.

Laura Merrell, Regional Sales Director, Central Eastern Region, brings more than ten years of sales experience in the legal technology marketplace. In her previous positions, Merrell was responsible for developing relationships with legal counsel who represent global companies in high stakes litigation, internal investigations, regulatory responses and other complex litigation such as joint defense groups. Merrell was consistently a top performer at her previous companies and received numerous awards and recognition.
