Nearly 8 in 10 Voters (79.3%) are also somewhat/very worried about higher food prices, and most (68.7%) feel less wealthy than they did two years ago, likely a result of a cost of living increase. Voters have little faith that enough is being done to address this issue:

Percent Who Say the Following are Doing Enough to Address Cost of Living Being at an All-Time High

      Registered
    Voters Republicans   Democrats Independents
House of Representatives   9.1% 11.7%   9.5% 6.6%
Senate   8.2% 7.2%   11.2% 5.7%
Obama Administration   16.1% 6.5%   27.9% 12.2%
Federal Reserve   10.7% 8.8%   14.1% 8.8%

Although the widest majorities agrees that these groups are not doing enough to lower the cost of living, the Obama Administration receives the most credit for addressing the issue, followed by the Federal Reserve.

With so much going wrong in the economy, does President Obama deserve to be reelected? 52.6% of Registered Voters don't think the president deserves to be reelected (28.1% think he does and 19.3% are neutral).

Voters did offer constructive criticism, though: 48.5% think President Obama should first deal with reducing unemployment, while only 1.1% thought his NCAA bracket was a top priority.
