Goldbard Capital Corp. Corporate Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 7, 2011) - Goldbard Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GDB) (the "Company") today announced that it will not be pursuing its interests in the Pepper Property. The option agreement with BCGold Corp. concerning the Pepper Property has been terminated and the claims comprising the property have reverted to BCGold Corp. The Company is actively evaluating opportunities in the resource sectors and intends to use its knowledge, experience and relationships to acquire additional assets.
