adds a further Park Inn flagship to its UK-portfolio and announces the Park Inn
London Wembley. The 235 rooms-property is scheduled to welcome the first guests
in Q2 2012.

Park Inn London Wembley will be a mid-market hotel located 6 km away from
central London on Olympic Way, a pedestrian zone leading to the main entrance of
Wembley Stadium (300m). The stadium has been a home to English football since
1923, was fully reconstructed in 2007 and is today the country's leading venue
for sports, music and entertainment. With a capacity of 90,000 it will host the
soccer matches during the 2012 Olympics.
Also nearby is Wembley Arena, which has hosted musical greats including the
Beatles, the Rolling Stones, The Who and Madonna. Wembley is a rapidly-growing
part of London, with the massive Wembley City development under construction.
Wembley City will offer a mix of offices, restaurants, bars, a multiplex cinema,
state-of-the-art leisure facilities, public squares, student accommodation and
luxury apartments.
Besides 235 modern and comfortable guest rooms, Park Inn London Wembley will
offer 1 restaurant, 1 bar, 300m(2) of meeting facilities, and a gym.
Construction has commenced with opening scheduled for mid 2012 before the
Olympic Games.
