Conference call to present the financial results for the first quarter
of 2011

Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ.) (‘MTG' or ‘the Group'), the
international entertainment broadcasting group, will publish its
financial results for the first quarter at 13:00 CET, on Monday, 18
April 2011. The Group will host a conference call at 15:00 CET. The
teleconference will be hosted by Hans-Holger Albrecht, President and
Chief Executive Officer, and Mathias Hermansson, Chief Financial
Officer.
