Acquisition of Common Shares of Lion Energy Corp.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 13, 2011) - David J. Birkenshaw ("Birkenshaw") announced today that on April 7, 2011 Birkenshaw, sold 14,581,500 common shares ("common shares") of Lion Energy Corp. ("Lion Energy") representing 16.93% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Lion Energy ("Transaction") which he owned. The Transaction was completed through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.

After giving effect to the Transaction, Birkenshaw no longer owns any security of Lion Energy.
