Fuller Western Partners With J. P. King Auction Company to Sell Ranches and Land in 2011

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Apr 15, 2011) - As selling season approaches in the Rocky Mountain area, two leaders in the real estate industry have partnered to create an alliance that benefits land sellers and buyers throughout the Rocky Mountain West. Fuller Western Real Estate, one of the largest privately-held real estate organizations in the Rocky Mountain Region, will partner with J. P. King Auction Company to expedite the turnaround of ranch and recreational properties for western land sellers.

The alliance provides Fuller with an auctioneer partner to broaden Fuller's target and buyer markets, and J. P. King will equip Fuller and its clients with their marketing and auction expertise while supplying sellers with an option to sell a property in less than 90 days.

Fuller's extensive knowledge of land in the West provides clients with expertise on sales acquisitions, conservation easements, water rights, fish and wildlife habitat enhancements and tax deferred 1031 exchanges.

"In a slow real estate market, finding the right buyer for specialized properties can be a challenge," said Craig King, president and CEO of J. P. King Auction Company. "Choosing to sell a property at auction not only helps reach a broader audience, but it also calls buyers to action. It's an honor to be working with another leading real estate company, where we know Fuller, J. P. King and the Rocky Mountain area will all benefit."

Fuller Western sells thousands of acres of ranch and recreational real estate annually, and J. P. King, in its near-century of operation, has auctioned over one million acres of land. Both companies share a unique marketing strategy of taking a property to its buyer rather than waiting for the right buyer to come along.

"Between the companies' extensive histories and depth of knowledge, this seemed like an ideal affiliation," said John Fuller, Sr., Fuller Western chairman. "Thousands of acres of land are sold into development each year that could have been avoided if the right buyer had known it was available. Land is a limited commodity and an excellent long-term investment, and we want to do everything we can to get it in the hands of the right people. I think J. P. King will help us do that."

Fuller Western was established in 1994 in Denver, Colo., and now markets properties in Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico, where it is the leader in ranch and recreational real estate. J. P. King is the nation's leading real estate auction marketing firm. Established in 1915, the company has nearly a century's worth of experience auctioning high-end real estate and has worked in all 50 states and abroad.
