Schaltbau Holding AG - Changes in the Executive Board

Munich, 18 April 2011 - Today the Supervisory Board agreed to comply with
the request made by Waltraud Hertreiter to prematurely terminate her
executive contract valid till mid-2012. Waltraud Hertreiter has served as
Chief Financial Officer of Schaltbau Holding AG since 1 July 2003 and
leaves the service of the company due to family commitments. Waltraud
Hertreiter will resign from her position on the Executive Board on 10 June
2011.

The Supervisory Board also resolved to appoint Hans Gisbert Ulmke as
further member of the Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG with effect
from 15 May 2011. Hans Gisbert Ulmke, who was Executive Board Chairman at
Arques Industries AG till 2010, held the position of Chief Representative
for Finances and Investor Relations at E.ON for many years before taking on
the key post of Managing Director of E.ON Sales & Trading in Munich.

Upon the resignation of Waltraud Hertreiter, Hans Gisbert Ulmke will take
over the position as CFO at Schaltbau Holding AG.
