Organic cranberry & spinach salad with avocado & organic olive oil
This salad is made from fresh herbs & spinach picked at the organic farm on Saturday morning, we add organic dried cranberry for sweetness and texture, fresh avocado for smoothness & dressed with fresh lemon for some zing & organic olive oil.

We have a great selection of caviar, sturgeon caviar from Harbin, crab roe with wasabi, salmon roe & ocean trout roe, all served with traditional condiments. Our guest can enjoy a tasting plate of caviar and decide their favorite.

Champagne Risotto
We buy imported parmesan cheese wheel, cut in half, hollow it out and pour hot champagne risotto inside, served fresh to our guests the result is creamy delight that everyone must experience.

Yellow fin tuna
Whole yellow fin tuna imported from the fish markets in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We buy whole fish ranging in size from 40-50 kg, we choose fresh whole yellow fin tuna opposed to other frozen tunas commonly available on the market. Quality of fresh fish is always higher and yellow fin tuna is a sustainable fish with a plentiful supply. The blue fin tuna is highly endangered and has been over fished for centuries, losing the blue fin tuna could permanently throw the marine ecosystem out of balance.

Chef has been working closely to build a strong relationship with our seafood supplier to make sure he gives us the best quality of local & imported seafood, which includes lobsters, oysters, snow crab, scallops, mussels, welks, prawns and more.
