AZZLY Receives ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 Certification as Complete EHR

Certification Enhances Company's Position in Electronic Health Records/Practice Management Software Arena

VERO BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - Apr 21, 2011) - AZZLY®, a nationally recognized leader in electronic health records and patient care-management software development, today announced that its AZZLY EHR/PM/PHR comprehensive cloud-based platform is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as a Complete EHR (Electronic Health Record) on April 13, 2011, by InfoGard, an ONC-ATCB, under the certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 Meaningful Use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). As the industry's first fully integrated, cloud-based EHR/Practice Management platform since the ARRA of 2009, AZZLY is also a CMS 2011 PQRS Qualified Vendor (one of only 13 of the original vetted vendors to meet all measures).

"As a Certified Complete EHR, we believe that we have a great opportunity to play a significant role in forging affordable solutions that will empower physicians and patients to deliver better outcomes through innovative technology and the application of common standards, common language, common codes and common sense," said Coletta Dorado, founder, President and CEO of the Vero-Beach-based AZZLY.

About ONC Certification:

The ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certification program tests and certifies that EHR technology is capable of meeting the 2011/2012 criteria approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). The certifications include Complete EHRs, which meet all of the 2011/2012 criteria for either eligible provider or hospital technology and EHR Modules, which meet one or more -- but not all -- of the criteria.

"We are pleased to have completed the certification process of the AZZLY EHR/PM/PHR so that IntuitivEMR, Inc. (d/b/a AZZLY) is now able to offer a certified product to providers who wish to purchase and implement EHR technology and achieve Meaningful Use for the 2011-2012 incentives," said Stephen Wilson, EHR Program Manager of InfoGard Laboratories, Inc.

This Complete EHR is 2011/2012 compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ATCB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
